STORYLINE:
The narrative occurs in 1048. Anatolia (modern-day Turkey) was governed by the Byzantine Empire at the time. Alparslan The Turkish television programme The Great Seljuks: Guardians of Justice has a spin-off called The Great Seljuks.
Successful fighter Alparslan (Baris Arduc) is brave, fearless, and tenacious. He receives the appellation Alp Arslan (Turkish for “Heroic Lion”) because of his bravery in battle and the military.
Since Alparslan’s mother was killed by Byzantine forces 15 years ago, he has been reared as an orphan. Since then, he has made it his mission to exact his mother’s vengeance and overthrow the Byzantine Empire.
